Quilt Block Mania's Theme for October is "Sweets"
Having owned three Dairy Queens over a 10 period, my husband's favorite ice cream 'sweet' was a banana split. There was a weight requirement for all DQ products and for the banana split it was approximately. 9 oz. However, whenever he stopped by, he would make one for himself, it would weigh more than a pound. It's a good thing he didn't serve any customers, because when they came back, they would expect the same one pounder.
Quilt Block Mania's requirement must fit a 12.5" unfinished block.
