Tic Tac Toe is a fun game that most of us have played during our lifetime.  It's a simple
game where you must out smart your opponent by getting three X's or O's in a row to
win.  It doesn't require a fancy board, just pencil and paper and you can have hours of fun.

This block design is FREE until April 30th..  If you’d like to make things even easier, a laser precut applique kit is available for a limited time. The precut pieces save time and give you nice, clean shapes.
